Mew Xuan's Terms of service

Before you contact Mew Xuan, please read the following to grasps the terms and conditions of working with Mew.

1. Working Hours: 9am - 9pm
I will only respond during working hours. Please do not spam me if there are no replies. If there is no response within 3 days, then only you can message again, Thank you.2. Things to note:I will not design the characters for you. Please provide references for each of the following:
• Character (img)
• Pose (img/desc)
• Background (img/desc)
The more references, the easier it is for me to work.As an artist, I have preferences & things I'm more suited or better at drawing. However, there are also things I'm not able to draw or are bad at. Please commission at your own risk.I can draw...
• OC/fictional characters
• Blobbed creatures
• Slight Gore, Violence & Horror
• Fluff, SkrunklyI cannot draw...
• Characters that don't exist
• Realism/Other Artstyles
• Disgusting imagery
• NSFW / R18
• Mecha
• Overcomplicated Designs3. Edits/Revision
I allow edits and revisions from drafting to flat colouring. Minor edits are allowed after that, but major changes will be charged RM5-80/$2-604. Commercial use
Do not remove my watermark unless a commercial fee has been paid. However, with permission and credit, it may be allowed. Please consult me first.Examples of commercial use are:

No refunds allowed.6. Permissions:
• The artwork is still ultimately by Mew Xuan even if it's a commissioned art piece.
• No commercial use unless paid commercial fee or that you have my permission.
• No claiming, tracing, copying, or editing my artworks without my permission.
• You can use my artwork for social media profile pictures given that I am credited.7. Deadlines:
Deadlines are not allowed as it will affect the quality of my work. Commissioned artworks will be completed within 1 month. If there are any complications that will extend the period, it will be discussed with you.8. Rights of the artist:
• I have the right to decline any commissions that I am uncomfortable with.
• Commissions that do not follow my terms of service will be rejected.
• I have the right to upload the finished artworks to my social media platforms unless discussed not to.9. Payment:
• Only 2 payment methods are currently available: Touch N Go, Paypal.
• You are to pay 50% upfront before I start on the commission.
• After commission is completed, the files will be sent to you after the remaining payment has been received.10. Updates
You can choose the following:
• Daily: I will update you every 24 hours on the commission. However, I will only reply during working hours. And you can only do a maximum of 5 edits per stage.
• Stage: This can be separated into, Draft, Sketch, Line, Colour, Shading, Rendering. I will only update you when I finish 1 stage. Then we can discuss the edits you'd like to make.Good Job on reaching the end! I'm glad if you actually did read my terms!
